DESCRIPTION: we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated
Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance
and repair tasks. This posit i on is ideal for someone who is
hands-on, dependable, and able to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform basic maintenance and repair work
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property Respond to
maintenance requests in timely manner Follow Company safety
policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS: Prior maintenance or handyman
experience preferred Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
Ability to lift up to 50lb Reliable transportation Strong work
ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently Pay:
$17-19 per hour
