Job Description Salary is around $80k-$150k, varies depending on years of experience. Benefits included! We’re seeking a caring and mission-driven Pediatrician to join our client’s outpatient practice serving a vibrant and diverse community in the Bergen County, NJ area. This is a part-time role ideal for a physician who values work-life balance and has a passion for providing accessible, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence. What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting - Perform well-child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management - Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care - Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families to build trust and support health literacy - Document timely and accurately in the electronic medical record system Requirements: - Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics - Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain) - Fluent in Spanish (required) - Minimum of 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience preferred - Passionate about community health and working with underserved populations - Collaborative, flexible, and committed to patient-centered care — Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
