The Opportunity:
As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer
interactions, representing a highly reputable and fast-growing
company. This role focuses on cultivating and managing
relationships with both retail customers and our nationwide network
of wholesale dealers.
What You'll Do:

- Customer & Dealer Engagement: Expertly guide customers through
the exciting process of designing and customizing their dream
gazebo, pergola, or pavilion and serve as a primary point of
contact for wholesale dealers, providing comprehensive product
knowledge and support. Consult with dealers to understand their
clients' needs and guide them in the design and selection of
appropriate models. - - - -
- Sales & Follow-Up: Prepare compelling quotes, present them
effectively, and diligently follow up to answer questions and close
sales, proactively following up on quotations, addressing
inquiries, and building strong, long-term relationships with dealer

- Project Coordination: Ensure meticulous documentation and
provide crystal-clear instructions to our production team, ensuring
a seamless transition from sale to project initiation, and
collaborating closely with the production team to ensure accurate
order specifications and facilitate timely project execution. - - -

- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships
with new prospects in our target markets while nurturing existing
customer accounts. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring
dealer satisfaction and fostering positive referrals. - - - -
- Market Presence: Represent Country Lane Gazebos at 3-4 industry
tradeshows annually, connecting with new customers and expanding

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities
and customer interactions within our CRM system.
Who We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a construction sales professional who excels at
building rapport and serving customers nationwide.

- Experienced: You possess a proven sales track record within a
construction-related field. Our ideal candidate brings a background
in a similar industry, such as remodeling, new home construction,
pole barns, sheds, gazebos, or other building products. Your
knowledge of construction and design will be a significant asset,
along with a strong understanding of construction principles,
design concepts, and the ability to interpret customer
requirements. - - - -

ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced

(3-4 times/year) and includes a Saturday rotation and one evening
shift per week during our busy spring/summer season. The late

- Computer Savvy: You're comfortable with computer usage, possess
efficient typing skills, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft
Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as CRM software.
You also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and
presentation skills, along with strong organizational and time
management abilities.
