A company is looking for an Employee Services Representative II
- REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming escalation calls and process complex
transactions
Monitor work queues and exhibit positive attitude while
communicating with customers
Identify areas for continuous improvement and cross-train on other
duties
Required Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Two or more years of relevant work experience in functional service
areas required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment intermediate level
required
