Summary:Customer facing service experienceDigital Marketing and Microsoft office experiencePay is $22 - $25 per hourDescription: We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer and Sales Support Associate to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services.Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems efficiently.Process customer orders and ensure accuracy.Generate quotes and proposals to support the sales team.Schedule sales appointments and meetings.Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes.Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers (depending on the role).Identify sales opportunities and escalate leads to the sales team.Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus).Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
