Countrywide is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and professional
Senior Customer Service Representative (Sr CSR).-- - -- -The Sr CSR
will be responsible for incoming and outbound calls with attorneys
and their representatives and will possess the ability to converse
with attorneys professionally and manage Countrywide--------s
attorney network.-- - The successful candidate will: Demonstrate
the ability to regularly exercise independent creative thinking and
exceed our client--------s expectations.Effectively communicate
both verbally and in writing to our members and attorneys in a
professional manner is critical as well as exceptional follow up
skills. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as
may be assigned from time to time.
2 - 3 years of outbound calling and Customer Service
ExperienceOutbound telephone experience is requiredAbility to plan
and organizeLegal background helpful but not requiredAbility to
follow up with attorneys by providing them with accurate and
timely-- --- - informationAbility to train attorneys and their
staff over the telephone about our plans. Key Qualifications An
understanding of Customer Relationship Management
software.Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
skills.Good written communication skills.Working knowledge of
Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong time management skills and project
management skillsAbility to function in a team environment, with
support and mentorship from team members and management.Unwavering

Position Details:-- -This is a full-time, hourly position-- -(40--
-hours/week). This position is onsite at the Cherry Hill, NJ
office.-- - Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is
performed in California (Colorado, New York, New York) is a minimum
of $19.00 to a maximum of $22.00/hour based on a full-time
schedule.-- - The actual compensation offer will carefully consider
a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications,
