What You Can Expect As a customer service representative, you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and leadership team through a variety of administrative tasks and projects. Knowledge of customer service ethic, principle and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional Excel and all MS Office database skills, required Problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently To Be Successful 1-2 years of customer service experience Some college Experience with Microsoft Office Valid drivers license Bilingual a plus, not required Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
