Job Description:

group of mission-focused leaders working on an exciting new
initiative - deliveries in under 30 minutes. In this role, you will
work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational,
technical, business, retail, and finance teams to drive overall
selection, customer experience, and business performance. The role
will focus on the Amazon Now selection strategy, building localized
selection, owning vendor promotions and partnerships, improving
pricing and in-stock, and implementing operational process
improvements. The successful candidate will leverage their team to
build and implement a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that
enhance customer selection and drive the flywheel to accelerate
growth. Your work will directly to impact the shopping experience
of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting

experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and
drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end
delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 2 years
of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or
MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education,
organizational development, instructional design or related field

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
