We're hiring a proactive, experienced Maintenance Planner to support a high-output manufacturing operation where reliability isn't just important-it's everything. What You'll Do:

- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance for critical machinery

- Coordinate tools, materials, labor, and downtime windows with precision

- Keep CMMS systems accurate, up-to-date, and actionable

- Monitor KPIs like backlog, wrench time, schedule compliance, and resource use

- Interface with operations, engineering, and vendors to streamline execution

- Support shutdown planning, safety protocols, and compliance documentation

- Be the center point between chaos and coordination-turning reactive culture into proactive action



What You Bring:

- 7+ years in maintenance planning or related industrial roles

- Strong background in CMMS systems and planning tools

- Understanding of high-speed production environments (pulp/paper a big plus)

- Familiarity with pumps, drives, motors, and rotating equipment

- Excellent communication and organizational skills-calm under pressure

- Strong Excel/data comfort; project scheduling experience a bonus
