What You'll Tackle:
--- Plan and prioritize maintenance work for high-speed equipment
--- Coordinate materials, permits, safety protocols, and documentation
--- Monitor work orders, backlogs, timelines, and performance metrics
--- Collaborate with technicians, production, engineering, and vendors
--- Drive smarter scheduling, fewer delays, and better use of resources
--- Maintain accuracy in parts inventory and labor reporting
--- Help shape a proactive, improvement-driven maintenance culture



You're a Fit If You Bring:
--- 7+ years of experience in maintenance or operations planning
--- A sharp eye for process detail and task prioritization
--- Hands-on knowledge of CMMS systems (and what to do when the plan changes)
--- Strong communication across teams and levels
--- Comfort with data, Excel, and balancing what's urgent vs. important
--- A mindset that asks: "How can this be done better?"
