A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Supply Chain Planner based in either Princeton, NJ or Schenectady, NY.

Compensation

--- The pay range for this position is $30.00 per hour , based on experience
--- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
--- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

--- 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
--- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays , remote on other weekdays
--- Location: Princeton, NJ or Schenectady, NY
--- 1st shift - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - 40 hours per week
--- Interview via Microsoft Teams or in person if local

Responsibilities

--- Manage raw material and finished goods planning for the Schenectady site and subcontractors
--- Firm raw material requisitions and follow up with procurement to ensure supply
--- Convert process/work orders to production with accurate promise dates
--- Coordinate with internal teams to align production schedules with supply needs
--- Monitor and report demand vs. supply gaps and risks to delivery timelines
--- Support communication across cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues
--- Track and analyze risks related to premix formulations and Market Ready Solutions
--- Maintain inventory targets and support on-time delivery goals

Requirements

--- High School Diploma or GED - required
--- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role
--- SAP experience - required
--- Strong organizational and communication skills - required
--- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic production environment
