a System Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing OEC
Group's AI & Automation roadmap within our growing IT department.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of end-user
and stakeholder requirements, coupled with the technical expertise
to select, deploy, and maintain a portfolio of AI/Automation
applicationsWhat we're looking for---
- Systems Analyst with 3-5years of experience in AI/Automation
tools to enhance business outcomes.
- Strong background in business analysis, excellent communication
skills, and a deep understanding of the application of emerging
technologies.
- Conversational Mandarin is a plus!What you will do:
- Ideate & Innovate:
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize
use cases for business process automation and AI applications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external
suppliers/consultants to identify, select and implement new
technologies based on available use cases
- Analyze and build business cases for new technology usage and
implementation
- Champion usage of new technology and drive user adoption
through organizational change management
- Design & Build:
- Gather and define requirements for AI/Automation-based
solutions, working with stakeholders to translate business needs
into technical specifications
- Lead the implementation of AI/Automation projects from
initiation to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, business SMEs,
infrastructure, security, etc.)to design and optimize solutions
that meet business requirements
- Analyze data to train and validate the accuracy of AI, ML, and
Automation technologies
- Operate & Improve: Support, manage, and organize operations for
AI & Automation applications portfolio
- Manage the resolution of incidents and escalations to supplier
or internal development teams
- Monitor and maintain service health, availability, and usage in
alignment with business continuity and compliance
- Manage enhancements and change requests to deployed programs
and automations
- Maintain and improve on knowledge artifacts (user training,
service desk training, business requirements and system
documentation, policy and procedures, etc)
- Monitor and maintain the service contract (IT assets and
supplier performance) related to the AI & Automation service
- Drive service continuous improvement initiativesWho you are:

am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)Work Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degreein computer science, information technology,
engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business consultation, IT systems
analysis, or solution design, with a proven track record of
successful projects using AI/Automation tools to enhance business
outcomes
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Experience and understanding of AI & Automation technologies,
such as:
Experience in Automation, RPA & Process mining (UI Path, Celonis,
PowerAutomate)
Experience with AI/ML tools & platforms (CoPilot, Azure AI, Azure
ML, etc.)
Application of programming languages (Java)
Understanding of ML frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch)
Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer
vision
- Understanding of core logistics solutions, including ERP and
peripheral solutions (CargoWise, AI integrations and API,
workflows, etc.)
- Knowledge of Logistics business processes
- Application of process improvement and visualization (L6s,
Agile, business process mapping, etc.)Salary Range$120,000-$150,000
