Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a PMO Portfolio Analyst.Position type: Full-time - ContractDuration: 6 monthsLocation: Philadelphia, PAAs a PMO Portfolio Analyst, you will be:

• Executing process improvements, process quality assurance reviews, governance and methodology facilitation functions, metric generation, training, and coaching.
• Responsible for comprehending the PMO Playbook content and PMO Tool usage to be a SME to coach all stakeholders.
• Acting as Process Champion and execute full lifecycle activities of Process Improvement projects.
• Putting forth ideas to optimize and improve all aspects of PMO Playbook.
• Developing the training modules, job-aids or effective communications to support all PMO Playbook stakeholders.
• Facilitating all Governance and Methodology owned meetings (PMO Forum, Governance Level 3 meetings, Tollgate Meetings, DPIC, Enhancement Delivery meetings, Business Solution Cross-Functional meetings, Process Improvement Sessions) and record and manage the project governance data associated with these forums.
• Supporting audit data collections requested of the PMO. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in PMO Portfolio management.
  • Experience in project management, business analysis or a role in IT delivery (Programming for Tools Team) or combination.
