Under the general guidance of a partner, you will: perform background analysis; preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions; participation in court conferences, mediation, motion hearings; and participating in fact and expert depositions, and occasional trials.Job Qualifications:
      • Licensed in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Willing to get licensed in both states,
      • 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation preferred
      • Construction and/or professional malpractice litigation experience is preferred
