Job Description:

Maintains the Aseptic Area Filling Cores, Equipment and Components in accordance with company SOPs, cGMPs and departmental working directives.

• Must obtain and maintain gown qualification.
• Understands and complies with aseptic training guidelines.
• Provides Area 1 Filling Rooms with necessary Sterile Equipment and Components based on production schedule. Ability to apply FIFO system to minimize waste.
• Ability to load and move equipment carts from Aseptic Staging Area to designated Filling Room.
• Maintains general housekeeping of Area 1 Aseptic Sterile Core.
• Prepares components for transfer from Area 1 to Area 3.
• Reports all production, safety and maintenance concerns to immediate supervisor.
• Signs all necessary production records.
• Performs/executes on-the-job training tasks as required.
• Works overtime as required to support business needs.
• Performs other duties as determined by management personnel.
  • High School education or its equivalent.
  • Some prior production experience preferred.
    Language Skills:
    
    • Ability to read and interpret written documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
    • Ability to complete required documentation such as production batch records
    • Ability to communicate orally effectively
      Mathematical Skills:
      
      Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and/or decimals.
      
      Reasoning Ability:
      
      • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
      • Ability to deal with problems in accordance with approved procedures.
