TITLE: EMR Support AnalystTYPE: Contract-to-HireLOCATION: Cherry Hill, NJONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% remote for now, hybrid schedule 2 days/week in the office to followSTART DATE: March 2023SHIFT: M-F, 830-5pm ESTVACCINATION REQUIREMENT: No Covid VAX RequiredWe are looking for a customer-service-centric Entry Level IT support professional with EHR software experience to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This fast-growing company has an excellent culture and the team will train you on everything you need to know about their products to successfully support their customers.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Balance incoming support requests via chat, phone calls, emails, and tickets for enterprise-level EHR platform
• Triage support requests based on urgency
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to internal customers for the EHR system
• Ability to solve problems and escalate accordingly in a fast-paced environment
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Office Applications and Office 365 products
• Communicate effectively to both external customers and internal employees/managers
• Continue to gain product and technical knowledge QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field is required
  • 1+ year on a formal help desk using a ticketing system (Epic, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable with working over the phone 100% of the time
  • 1-3 years of true EHR software support experience in a health care setting is a big plus
  • Excellent ticket tracking, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the aptitude to escalate when needed
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
