TITLE: - Business AnalystTYPE: - Direct HireLOCATION: - 100% Remote (Company HQ is located near Cherry Hill, NJ)ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: - 100% RemoteSTART DATE: - June 2022SHIFT: - M-F, 830-5pm -We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team to start at the ground floor of an enterprise level migration to the AWS cloud. - This direct-hire opportunity is open due to a large amount of growth and you will be play a major impact within a highly visible project for the organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and then help with translating those requirements into technical specifications
• Display exceptional communication skills and a truly inquisitive nature in order to drill deeply into user requirements to get to the root cause of what they are looking for.
• Collaborate with technical resources to understand their hurdles with user requirements and then communicate issues to users to formulate acceptable solutions.
• Work within a hybrid-agile framework to facilitate SDLC and play your part to ensure that projects are running as smoothly as possible. -QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with business users so that they will open up to you and provide the information that you need.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and how agile projects work with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confidence to push back on both the business users and technical resources when you believe that either side is not being reasonable with their expectations of the project.
  • Experience with SQL Queries is a plus but not required
