Description:Looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic at a newer plant, with updated machinery & equipment. will be the only mechanic on this shift.Mechanical troubleshooting, i.e. hydraulic and pneumatic, pumps, gear reducers, etcElectrical troubleshooting up to 480VAbility to work on machinery - pumps & hydraulics (no PLCs)Low pressure boiler operationsFabricate parts and perform welding on equipmentMust have the ability to access all buildings. Must be able to access all levels of the buildings including but not limited to the sugar siloGenerate work orders, complete work orders, and close work orders using a computerized maintenance management system/ MaximoPerform established PM and PDM activities and identify new opportunities for improvementAbility to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirementsSkills:Electrical, Maintenance technician, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Repair, Hydraulics, Troubleshooting, Schematic, Preventive maintenance, Blueprint, Electrical troubleshootingTop Skills Details:Maintenance TroubleshootingMechanical/ElectricalAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Relative skill and ability with previous Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance experienceMust be able to complete Mechanical Aptitude test (for chocolate plant only)Must be able to work as part of a team to assure a quality productMust be able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required)Must be able to apply supervisor's directionsMust be a results oriented individual, who thrives on situations involving pressureMust be able to lift 50 lbs.If you are the right candidate please contact myself, Brandon Mead, at 8565322856 or at .
