The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale. Key job responsibilities The Amazon Influencer Program helps creators connect with customers and grow their businesses on Amazon. In this role, you’ll work directly with creators to support their success—helping them reach new audiences, create content that resonates with shoppers, and earn through Amazon. You’ll build strong relationships, offer strategic guidance, and help creators navigate how to best use our Amazon's tools and services.The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of social platforms and creator behavior, along with experience in digital media, negotiation and partnerships. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, working through ambiguity, and managing multiple projects at once. You’re a clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and think creatively about new ways to support creator growth. - 5 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5 years of professional or military experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
