and there’s no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up
for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear
goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth,
so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and
development. Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of
collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love
theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as
much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking
outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring
new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all
to apply. About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, organized,
and data-curious Organic Social Specialist to join our B2C Travel

NewYorkTheatreGuide.com. This role will play a key part in
executing our organic social activity across platforms, including
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, etc.—helping us connect
culturally curious audiences with the right shows, stories, and
theatre moments. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our London and New
York editorial/social leads to bring social strategies to life
through day-to-day content creation, publishing, and optimization.
You’ll help shape how we show up on social by learning what content
resonates, which shows to spotlight, and how to test and iterate
using performance insights. If you’re excited by creating
social-first content, staying close to trends, and using data to
improve results, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: qualified
candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage
collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the
office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose
where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like:
High-quality content at scale ? Social content is produced,
adapted, and published consistently across platforms, maintaining a
high creative bar while leveraging tools (including AI and
automation where appropriate) to increase speed, volume, and
efficiency. Engaging, platform-native content ? Posts feel native
to each channel, reflect current trends where relevant, and drive
meaningful engagement with our audiences. Strong commercial mindset
? Social strategies effectively highlight the right shows, offers,
and content to drive engagement and conversion. Data-informed
decision making ? Performance is monitored regularly, with clear
insights surfaced around what content, formats, and themes perform
best. Testing and iteration ? New content angles, formats, and
posting approaches are tested in a structured way, with learnings
fed back into future planning. Strong cross-team collaboration ?
