Kelly Services is currently staffing for a Loan Support Associate/Closing Adviser for a reputable mortgage company located in Moorestown, NJ. The positions start on Monday, November 25th. Please apply today to be considered.

Shifts Available: 10 AM - 7 PM

12 PM - 9 PM

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Duration: Temp - Perm

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Summary

The Closing Advisor is responsible for obtaining, performing a comprehensive review, filing and updating the system for various documents. Will also schedule loans for closing.

Essential Job Functions may include:

• 
  
• Verifies benefit sold is maintained
  
• Verifies an acknowledged CD for all parties is obtained
  
• Schedules appropriately and compliantly based on ECD
  
• Coordinates closing dates and times and verifies all required parties will be present and prepared
  
• Reviews Cash to close needed from Borrower at closing
  
• Reviews payment information with borrower
  
• Offers customer support at various stages of the loan process as it pertains to loan closing.
  
  
  Other Related Duties:
  
  Performs other related duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:
  
  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  
  Education and/or Experience:
  
  Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Knowledge of credit reports and some knowledge of FHA/VA streamline guidelines helpful. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team in a high-paced environment. Working knowledge of MS Office skills required.
  
  Language Skills:
  
  Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  
  Mathematical Skills:
  
  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  
  Reasoning Ability:
  
  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
