Job Description:
Solution Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various
unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100%
telecommuting permitted):
- Design and develop integration solutions for SaaS and On-Prem
Applications to meet the requirements using various tools and
components within the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business
requirements and design scalable, efficient, and secure integration
solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop, configure, and deploy MuleSoft integration
applications and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) - such
as creating integration flows, message routing, data
transformation, and implementing error handling and logging
mechanisms.
- Review code and provide feedback to ensure high-quality
deliverables.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct performance testing,
and optimize integration solutions for improved throughput,
scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect
sensitive data and ensure compliance with up-to-date
regulations.
- Define and enforce API governance policies, including access
controls, rate limiting and monitoring.
- Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to
gather requirements, conduct solution reviews and document
technical specifications, integration flows and deployment
processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identify root
causes and implementing resolutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MuleSoft
integration solutions.
- Collaborate with System Integrators and offer direction
throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Assist in architecting technical solutions for enterprise
systems using MuleSoft product suite.
- Design patterns for building middleware systems from the ground
up.
- Utilize: MuleSoft Enterprise Integration Solutions, Salesforce
CRM, Application/Data Integrations and Integration Patterns, Data
Migrations and custom integration of Java/J2EE.Required: Master's
degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or
related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5)
years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and
one (1) year of experience as a Solution Architect or related. One
(1) year of experience must include utilizing MuleSoft Enterprise
Integration Solutions, Salesforce CRM, Application/Data
Integrations and Integration Patterns, Data Migrations and custom
integration of Java/J2EE. AV164. $179982 to $199300 per year. Full
time.Required education: Master's DegreeRequired technical and
professional expertise: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer
Science, Information Technology or related (employer will accept a
