  Provide members and guests with exceptional service and an overall positive experience at The Legacy Club. Assist members and guests by welcoming and seating them with appropriate menus and current promotions and specials. Monitor the dining areas to ensure all member and guest satisfaction.
  
  Essential Functions:
  • Provide exceptional and timely service for members and guests
  • Engage with members and guests to establish rapport. Greet members by name.
  • Assist in setting tables, placing menus and specials for members and guests to dine
  • Guide members and guests through the dining area to their table
  • Ability to educate members and guests on the menu and promotions happening at The Legacy Club
  • Check that all reservations are seated and tended to by a server or bartender
  • Monitor seating times and communicate with the servers and bartenders to ensure member and guests satisfaction
  • Responsible for general cleanliness of the facility, including, but not limited to, sweeping, cleaning debris from tables, assist in cleaning food and beverage spills, wiping menus
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menus, specials, and promotions of The Legacy Club
  • Proactive in handling member and guest questions and complaints in a polite and empowering manner
  • Complete daily side work: rolling silverware, wiping menus, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a team-centric environment
  • Working knowledge of the menu and specials
  • Assist Servers/Runners whenever necessary
  • Complete checklists as applicable
  • Report any safety issued to Management immediately
  • Other duties as assigned Required Experience:

      About the Organization
      Lahn Hospitality Group is a growing family-owned company comprised of a variety of hospitality businesses including amusement parks, a hotel, restaurants, bars, golf courses and more.
      
      Since 1997 The Funplex has owned and operated an amusement park company with three locations along the East Coast. Two locations are in New Jersey with one additional small footprint park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which opened in 2021. The parks are a combination of family-friendly and thrill amusement rides, waterparks, bowling centers, and arcades.
      
      In December 2021, Lahn Hospitality Group purchased The Legacy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a country club with a prestigious golf course and membership. The club underwent significant renovation including a new restaurant, atrium event facility, and much more. In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
