Field Service Representative:Position operates in an assigned territory with primary duties to manage and maintain proper signage and display integrity in order to enhance sales in various retail locations.***Bonus Potential for completion of project***Benefits: Medical, dental and vision plans, Paid holidays and PTO, Company equipment, Comprehensive compensation for mileage, travel (hotel and meals) and cell phone reimbursement.Job Duties:Travel to assigned locations to manage and maintain proper signage to ensure display integrityManage signage inventory levels and make adjustments as requiredReplace store displays as assignedBalance daily territory activitiesDust and clean store displays as neededSubmit daily and/or weekly reports, which include but not limited to: expenses, customer surveys, timesheets and recording drive timeNotify management of problems and suggest corrective actions.Attend any training activities as required.Build strong rapport with members of the assigned storesInitiate professional visit execution in accordance with guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Travel required which may include overnight staysAbility to work varied hours/days as business dictates is requiredMust be flexible with work schedule and route changes based on business needsMust be Microsoft Office Suite proficientExcellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills requiredRequired to lift up to 50lbs, this may include lifting weight above shoulders as neededFrequent standing, bending and twisting requiredProof of valid drivers license and auto insurance required (must meet companys minimum requirements)1 year of prior maintenance and/or merchandising experience preferred1 year of field customer service experience preferredProvide excellent customer service to customers and vendorsHS diploma or equivalent required#AMS2ExperienceRequired1 year(s): customer servicePreferredMerchandisingterritory managementEducationRequiredHigh School or betterby Jobble
