Paid Search Specialist-P/T
Pay $30-35hour
Duration 6 months
Location-Remote
***Part time-20 hours week
We are seeking a Part-Time Paid Search Specialist for a long-term
contract opportunity. The P/T Paid Search Specialist will have a
creative, entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to join a newly
formed team focused on advancing growth and reputation in online
education
The P/T Paid Search Specialist for Online Education Marketing will
work within the Division of Enrollment Management and report to the
Associate Director of Online Education Marketing. In this role, the
specialist will create, manage and monitor Google ads to drive
leads for programs , routinely optimizing campaigns to increase
application submissions and enrollments.
We're looking for an agile and strategic marketer with a track
record for success in driving results.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms
(Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for
campaign optimization.
Create compelling ad copy , writing headlines and descriptions
optimized for search campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance ,
including bid management, ad copy optimization, and landing page
testing.
Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics , such as
click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend
(ROAS).
Generate regular reports to track campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid
search advertising.
Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of SEO & Digital
Strategy to integrate paid search and organic search strategies ,
foster a holistic approach to search engine marketing, and maximize
overall search performance for our school partners.
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an
agency or e-commerce setting.
Proficiency with Google Ads specifically. Additional experience
with other PPC platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make
informed decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are a
plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle
multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the
latest industry trends and content marketing techniques.
