teens with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.

Services Office programs as a Behavioral Health Client Services
Office Administrator. Of which you will have the opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the mission and goals of Neuropath Behavioral
Healthcare (NPBHC) and apply the company's standards when in
communication with families, and Behavioral Health
professionals.
- Assist with the new hire recruitment process by reviewing
candidate resumes and conducting phone screenings and face to face
interviews with candidates for open positions.
- Identify clients within our electronic database and determine
whether our agency will have the ability to provide the services
needed for the client.
- Provide timely, complete, legible, and accurate documentation
of services rendered and comply with all reporting
requirements.
- Assign cases to respite technicians.
- Schedule meet and greet sessions that will take place between
the technician and the client's family.
- Ensure that the services requested by parents are being
provided by the technicians.
- Ensure that there is mutual comfortability between the
technician and the client, and the family.
- Greet visitors into our office in a professional manner
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients by performing
periodic calls to verify that the services are satisfactory.
- Attends in-service training as required by regulation.
- Adheres to all Agency administrative and clinical policies and
procedures.
- Make professional outgoing calls and receive incoming calls in
a professional manner.
- Create organized/ legible charts and submit them in a timely
manner.
- Always act in a professional manner, representing yourself and
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates Degree or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in a community/home health
services agency is strongly preferred.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Must have outstanding organizational skills.
- Must be willing to make professional outgoing and incoming
calls.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check including
fingerprinting.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) applicants are welcome to

Experience preferred but not needed to apply:
- Knowledge of the Social Services for the Developmentally
Disabled
- Providing services to children and/ or youth with developmental
delays: 2 years
- Office work: 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of Home Health Aide staffing.
Education:
- High School or equivalent with at least 3 years of related
experience.
- Associates degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of related
experience.
Compensation: $15.00 an hour
