Guest Experience Team Members are responsible for the daily
operations at a ModWash location. You'll work as a team to ensure
each guest has an outstanding experience while driving membership
sales to help grow the ModWash brand.
What you'll do:
- Deliver mind-blowing customer service.
- Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the
benefits of unlimited memberships.
- Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
- Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100%
satisfaction.
- Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
What you'll need:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and
weekends.
- A sense of urgency.
- A passion for serving others.
- Awesome customer service skills. Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
(heat of the summer, cold of the winter).
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work
shift.
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step
to perform job duties.
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and
equipment.
- Respond quickly to sounds.
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
