Position Summary:Our front desk associates are responsible for performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations including but not limited to opening the studio, maintaining cleanliness, greeting members, calling leads, addressing client concerns, attending outside events, and promoting the SPENGA brand.Qualifications:Excellent customer service skillsStrong organization abilitiesAbility to create a successful environment for employees and clientsPrevious sales experience is a plus; the fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferredWillingness to learn.
