Job Description:

Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey has an PT Receptionist position. the hours are 8:30-5pm Tuesdays and Thursday. The person that fills this position will greet everyone that enters the office, answer the phones, assist with last minute meeting logistics, assist with general office duties, and some data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Associates Degree preferred
• Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail oriented Job Responsibilities: Principal responsibilities or job duties
  • Answer telephone and direct calls
  • Greet clients and ensure appropriate paperwork is completed
  • Check clients in and inform social worker of clients' arrival
  • Accept payment for services, enter in Qualifacts, give receipt to client if needed
  • Reconcile counseling fees daily
  • Print daily schedule from Qualifacts and note all balances
  • Update all tabs in Qualifacts from Intake Packets for all Counseling clients
  • Scanning into Qualifacts for all departments
  • Enter, track and Scan Basis 24 Forms
  • Prepare and mail tribute cards, update spreadsheet daily
  • Accept grocery donations and have Donor Form filled out
  • Distribute groceries to clients
  • Monthly brochure count
  • Be aware of staff schedules and locations
  • Make follow-up calls for meetings and events
  • Other duties as assigned
