and Experience:Bachelor's degree is required. A graduate degree is
preferred.8-10 years' experience managing local and national sales
representatives within a high-growth organization is
required.Freight brokerage sales and sales leadership experience
preferredStrong and demonstrated management and development of
sales representative skills, including a high degree of
organization is required in this rolePrimary Responsibilities:Own,
direct, and manage our customer facing efforts, through Insides
Sales Manager (ISM), National Account Sales Representatives (NASR),
and Sales Executive Assistant to lead the company in achieving its
revenue, margin, and load count goals.Develop, manage, and execute
an end-to-end Customer Strategy for Growth and Maintenance for all
customers, including effectively onboarding new customers,
strengthen and deepening relationship with current customer and
stakeholder, and ensuring Organization retains and grows incumbent
customers through the business cycle. This will require very close
collaboration with VP Customer Experience (CX) and CX team to
ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure alignment of all sales
representatives that manage an account at any time, so that the
respective teams collaborate towards an individual customer
strategy.Primary lead in the development of a customer-specific
strategy for onboarding, growth, and/or development of every
customer, ensuring the sales team tactfully sets the expectations
with the customer, and internally.Ensure customer meetings are
planned and conducted with a purposeful agenda, attend as necessary
to drive customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn.Maximize
customer satisfaction and relationship by collaborating with CX and
marketing to ensure we are highlighting its value in business
approaches, marketing material, tradeshows, and any other action
pertinent to customer relationships. Collaborate closely with
marketing to evaluate ROI (return on investment) on legacy shows
and events, as well as identifying and quantifying potential ROI on
new shows and events to position Tucker at the most impactful
industry events and reduce spending on under-performing events.Work
with marketing on messaging, materials, CRM (Customer Relationship
Manager) customer contacts, and to ensure that every sales
representative (SR) is maximally and effectively using the
Company's CRM to accomplish goals of sales and marketingDetermine
and adapt key performance indicators (KPIs) for each sales
representative to consistently manage performance across the team,
always identifying those who excel or provide a path to amicable
dissolution (or termination), ensuring communication with people
and culture department leads are held.Oversee the training and
development strategies of all sales team members so that they are
synchronized with and assimilated into Tucker' growth strategy and
core values measuring progress by time and KPIs to ensure team
members and effective and productive in the allotted training
period.Ensure every team member is fluent and capable in selling
our service and primary specialties leveraging our sales process to
effectively and efficiently on-board new customers and achieve
growth goalsMaximize the adoption and assimilation of technology
(CRM, TMS (Transportation Management Software), Phone systems,
etc.) into the Sales process to increase productivity and
efficiency.Strategically organize the sales department to ensure
business continuity and that the department will always be prepared
for future demands and growth.Work as part of the executive
leadership team (ELT), which consists of CEO, VP Strategy and
Projects, VP Customer Experience and President/CO to ensure that
Company is properly provisioned with SR resources to meet growth
goals, always knowing the ROI per SR.Some occasional
