Everyone.The Process Improvement Specialist will work under the
guidance of the Senior Analyst - Quality and Process Improvement to
support multiple process improvement projects throughout the
organization.How You Can Make a Real Impact:
- Through an analysis of data, identify opportunities to increase
process efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and adapt best practices
to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
- Partners with process owners and key process stakeholders to
facilitate a data-driven analysis and process improvement
initiative.
- Develops a suite of process workflows, controls and metrics to
improve performance. Monitors and tracks initiatives on appropriate
intervals; proactively identify risks and interdependencies to
implementation. Leads implementation of recommendations, and
monitors sustainability of improvements over time.
- Communicates conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions
to the project teams to adopt transformational solutions.
- Synthesizes analyses into operational insights and practical
recommendations to assess risk, financial impact and conclusions
for long-term, sustainable solutions
- Initiate and champion change to develop an organizational
mindset that drives process improvement, ownership and
accountability. Communicate and influence senior leadership to
adopt transformational solutions
- Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and
colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working groups
achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work
environment
- Provide regular reports of projects completed and in progress
along with relevant metrics to appropriate leadership

- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering
- Must have completed Lean/Six Sigma course work in college
- 1-2 years prior work and/or internship experience doing process
improvement work
- Knowledge in Minitab and/or other statistical package, and
G-suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility, innovation and creativity are necessary
characteristics of the successful candidate
