The Process Improvement Specialist will work under the guidance of the Senior Analyst - Quality and Process Improvement to support multiple process improvement projects throughout the organization.


How You Can Make a Real Impact:

  • Through an analysis of data, identify opportunities to increase process efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and adapt best practices to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Partners with process owners and key process stakeholders to facilitate a data-driven analysis and process improvement initiative.
  • Develops a suite of process workflows, controls and metrics to improve performance. Monitors and tracks initiatives on appropriate intervals; proactively identify risks and interdependencies to implementation. Leads implementation of recommendations, and monitors sustainability of improvements over time.
  • Communicates conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions to the project teams to adopt transformational solutions.
  • Synthesizes analyses into operational insights and practical recommendations to assess risk, financial impact and conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions
  • Initiate and champion change to develop an organizational mindset that drives process improvement, ownership and accountability. Communicate and influence senior leadership to adopt transformational solutions
  • Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working groups achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment
  • Provide regular reports of projects completed and in progress along with relevant metrics to appropriate leadership
  • Other ad-hoc work as assigned.
