Position Summary:The Oncology Diagnostic Liaison (ODL) is responsible for executing field strategic plans for assigned geography, to deliver key performance indicators and meet program objectives, based on contract specifications. The ODL serves as the front-line key contact for pathology and has the responsibility of managing key initiatives focused on our clients companion diagnostics. These are regionally based roles covering multiple cities/states.Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of 8 years of industry experience (pharmaceutical and/or device
  • sales, and/or technical/medical support experience) a plus
  • 5+ years Oncology experience preferred
  • 5+ years diagnostics advantageous
  • 2+ pharmaceutical sales nice to have
  • Account and Territory Management experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned targets within the regional territory Projected 40% travel regionally,
  • Ability to travel to work related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Proof of Covid Vaccine is required at the time of hire
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record requiredStrongly Preferred:
    • Current Oncology and Pathology Relationships
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
    • Detailed understanding of the operational process of diagnosticsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
      • Clinical and business acumen
      • Knowledge of the oncology and diagnostic arena
      • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
      • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as a team member with multiple
      • parties
      • Technical and analytical ability to thrive in a complex multidisciplinary sales environment
      • Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills
      • Ability to display high-levels of initiative, effort, and commitment
