JOB TITLE: Admin 1st Party OperationsREPORTS TO: VP of 1st Party OperationsJOB SUMMARY: Maintain a cooperative relationship with employees, clients, consumers,and the public. Maintaining good communication and organizationalskills, which promote a progressive, efficient flow throughout the office.JOB RELATIONSHIP: The position directly reports to the department's VP of Operations.Required to build rapport with other departments, and a cooperativerelationship with all employees, clients, consumers, and the public.QUALIFICATIONS--- High school education or equivalent--- Related work experience in Admin Assistant, sales, customer service, or collections is preferred.--- Satisfactorily completing MRS BPO, LLC's training period.--- Proficient in computer/data entry and MS Office, and G-SuitesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF JOB--- Update and Send Citizens Input Efficiency Report- Daily--- Update and Send Citizens Inbound Cease & State Calling Exception Report- Daily--- Update and Send Citizens Weekly Auto Roster- Weekly--- Update and Send Citizens 1 st Party Time Analysis Report- Daily--- Update and Send Mercury Hours Production Adherence Report- Daily--- Updating Daily Department Trackers--- Review Departments Time Cards on a daily basis and report exceptions to team manager--- Assist with the departments bonus calculations--- Review and Update the Hours Worked Trackers--- Prepare Agent AOO Forms--- Track Contest Data--- Assist with Managing Agent Schedules--- Track and Update Monthly Award Program--- Perform other related duties as assigned.CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED OF THE JOB--- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills--- Determine and maintain effective relationships by exercising a high degree of professionalism.--- Superior organizational and time management skills.Other Elements--- The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to MRS BPO, LLC--- A sensitivity to others and the ability to promote good customer relations and favorable imagefor MRS BPO, LLC by providing services in a professional, cooperative manner.--- Superior organizational and time management skills.--- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages.--- The ability to handle all telephone calls promptly and efficiently.--- The ability to maintain flexible work hours to accommodate the unit's workloads.--- Self-motivated with the desire to achieve success.The above statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions ofthe job as identified and shall not be considered as the detailed description of all the work requirementsthat may be inherent in the position.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Individual must be able to meet established specific physical requirements of job (i.e., reaching, bending,stooping, twisting, standing, walking, lifting various weights.)--- Light lifting of 0-10 lbs.--- WalkingACCIDENT OR HEALTH HAZARDS:--- No unusual accident or health hazards inherent in position.WORKING CONDITIONS:--- Modern, well lighted office area.--- No unusual working conditions.IND1
