Job Description:
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
* Schedule's installation appointments
* Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and
labor workbooks
* Manages Installation pipeline
* Manages installation paperwork
* Maintains communication with customers
* Receives and maintains inventory of orders
* Resolves relevant customer resolution issues
* Close installations in the CRM when verified complete
* Collect payments/ submit funding for completed jobs
* Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
* High school Diploma or GED
* 2+ year of similar administrative support experience; home
improvement/construction industry experience a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
* Customer-centric mindset
* Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure
environment
