  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients in the office and over the phone.
  • Provide effective and smart scheduling for patient appointments.
  • Check in patients, obtain medical updates, and verify insurance eligibility.
  • Check out patients, present treatment plans, discuss financial responsibilities, and collect payments.
  • Monitor patient flow and communicate schedule updates with all team members.Job Requirements / Candidate profile
    • Dental Experience required
      • Exceptional customer service skills: positivity, friendliness, attentiveness, and patience
      • Problem Solving and critical thinking skills with ability to overcome challenges
      • Exceptional organizational skills
      • Ability to prioritize and be productive while working on myriad tasks
      • Team oriented with ability to work well in a collaborative environment

      • Computer skills with ability to adapt to new technology- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
      • Candidates must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays.
