Chemical Operators to work at our Cherry Hill, NJ
location.Available Schedules:Team B: 5:45 pm – 6:00 am - Tuesday
through Friday (4-Days) Work 47 Hours – 40 Regular Time & 7 OT Team
C: 5:45 am – 6:00 pm - Saturday, Sunday & Monday (3-Days) Work
35.25 Hours and get paid for 40Team D: 5:45 pm – 6:00 am -
Saturday, Sunday & Monday (3-Days) Work 35.25 Hours and get paid
for 402nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Monday through Friday 3rd
Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am – Monday through Friday Essential
Functions:
- Routinely works from formulas, charts, tables, and
schedules
- Measure amounts of products or weights of filled containers to
ensure conformance to specifications
- Observes production and monitors equipment to ensure safe and
efficient operation
- Adjusts mixing speeds as necessary to achieve desired results;
must have the ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the
controls
- Open valves and start pumps to transfer mixtures
- Mix ingredients according to specified procedures and
formulas
- Start machines or equipment in order to begin production
processes
- Read gauges and charts; record all data/work in required
log
- Remove products, machine attachments, and waste material from
machines
- Perform minor repairs to machines, such as replacing damaged or
worn parts
- Reports any mechanical issues as needed immediately to
Supervisor
- Completes batch paperwork and reviews on hand inventories for
accuracy
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Perform additional duties when requested by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' manufacturing experience
- Fluent in the English language; ability to effectively
communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to understand and follow written or specified
instructions regarding recipes
- Math aptitude; ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to read batch cards and record all information
required, both written and electronically within the ACCESS and AX
database systems.
- Demonstrated Mechanical ability
- Organized and ability to work independently
- Knowledge and practice of GMP, FDA and Environmental, Health
and Safety regulations Desired Skills
- Previous forklift training experience
- Knowledge and practice of GMP, FDA and Environmental, Health
and Safety regulations Education/Certifications:
- High School Diploma Physical Demands and Environment:The
physical demands and work environment characteristics described

successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Physical Demands: Employee is required to walk; sit; use hands
to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with
hands and arms; balance; stoop; bend; kneel and climb; and
lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. In addition, must be able
to maneuver and move 30 to 55-gallon drums or up to 500 pounds
utilizing the proper drum material handling equipment
provided.
- Work Environment: This position requires one to work in a
manufacturing facility. There is a moderate level of noise, heat,
cold, dust, and dirt. Employee frequently works near moving
mechanical equipment and chemicals and will be exposed to varying
