By focusing R&D efforts on four therapeutic areas and other targeted investments, we push the boundaries of what is possible in order to bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.Join Takeda as a Project Coordinator where you will support Project Management Activities for the Therapeutic Area Unit. You will also provide coordination and support of TAU HCP engagement activities and compliance requirements (e.g., Sunshine Act Transparency Reporting) and perform high-level administrative and office support responsibilities for assigned leadership team. As part of the Neuroscience TAU, you will report to the Executive Director, GPM and Chief of Staff, Neuroscience TAU and work with Group Project Leaders.How you will contribute:Contracting Activities and KOL Engagements:

  • Support contracts processing for the TAU, interfacing with Contracts, Legal, Compliance and Finance functions, including facilitating generation, execution, tracking and archiving in all appropriate systems according to local procedures and policies.
  • Generate, processes and archives Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements working with Business Partners and Legal.
  • Generate Purchase Orders and periodically run accrual reports to ensure sufficient funds are available for payments; track and troubleshoot invoices and payments.
  • Manage transparency reporting reconciliation activities in accordance with Global and Local Compliance requirements.Project Management:
    • Assist in the monitoring and management of the project progress, schedules and timelines including project and overall group goal tracking using appropriate tools including Microsoft Project.
    • Responsible for Neuroscience TAU SharePoint content/architecture and calendar management.
    • Coordinate TAU onboarding for new members.Administrative Support:
      • Coordinate documents and correspondence, including letters, reports, emails, presentations, memos, faxes, etc.; use appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to track, document, report data, and maintain web pages.
      • Arrange travel for the department; complete expense reports in a timely manner.
      • Provide logistical support for meetings, including coordinating calendars, managing catering and attendee lists.
      • Acquire, review, input, and format accurate data into spreadsheets, databases and other electronic tools.
      • Develop a network within the department; draw on network to answer questions and successfully execute responsibilities.
      • Demonstrate confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.What you bring to Takeda:
        • Bachelors degree preferred.
        • 2+ yrs industry experience (2+ years without degree).
        • Strong PC literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
        • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
        • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and exhibits strong willingness to learn.
        • Limited business acumen.
