Aerotek is currently hiring for a Mortgage Support Assistant with a valued client in Camden County, NJ. This position will support mortgage operations in an administrative role as you prepare for promotion training into their loan specialist role. Applicants with prior mortgage experience are encouraged to apply. Description:- Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred- Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report- Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding- Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required- Prepare marketing materials for mortgage section use in promoting mortgage and equity products- Prepare packages for delivery to members, title companies or other parties- Provide general mortgage related answers through varied media or in person to members seeking quick responses- Review and submit appraisal invoices for payment from vendors- Schedule pre-qualification and application appointments for MLOs and processors- Send initial disclosures and update mortgage processing system- Review, prepare and submit production reports for tracking purposes - Basic research/review- Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and servicesQualifications:- Experience in mortgage industry - Prior loan document review experience preferred but not required- Administrative - Customer service skills- Junior LO or processing experience preferredAdditional Details: - This position will start in a remote environment until returning to the Cherry Hill office - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm- Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
