*IMMEDIATE JOB OPENING*Job Description:1.Prepares equipment at start of lot.2.Verifies incoming components for correctness using Order Number.3.Set up and operates equipment throughout shift.4. Monitors parameters i.e., machine speed, water pressure, temperature, belt speed, etc. periodically during the shift and records as required per SOPs and cGMPs.5. Clean and clears equipment and work area at the beginning and end of each production run.6. Maintains quality of machine output; including, but not limited to:o Reporting manufacturing/component deviations; including, but not limited to, visually defective glassware or components to the area Process Supervisor or designee.o Reporting process deviations to area Process Supervisor or designee.7. Completes all required batch record and logbook paperwork.8. Trains individuals on equipment, when required.9. Maintains general housekeeping of equipment and area throughout shift.10. Works overtime as required to support business needs.Must Have:able to lift 5-40 lbsAble to stand entire shiftAble to work Overtime on Saturdays HS Diploma*Reading and Comprehension Skills (Each operator is assigned a curriculum where they continue to learn about new pieces of equipment and packaging areas. For each operating line, they will have to read through SOPs (standard operating procedures) and complete a correlating assessment in order to be signed off.Safety Measures: While this company is already a sterile environment, they are following additional protocols from the CDC to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Extra measures include more frequent cleaning (dedicated staff to wipe down doorknobs) social distancing (spreading out employees where they can, limit in cafeteria to 2 people per 6 foot table), and the use of face masks.Job Security: This position is an essential business whose products are very much needed during this time.
