Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Management Consultant with a Learning solutions leadership background within several of our industry focus areas to join its Talent & Organization practice at a Principal Level. About the Role:Responsibilities Lead team of consultants, both local and globalLead client engagement teams in designing and developing learning solutions. As a team leader, you will actively lead and contribute your ideas to provide solutions for clientsLead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through processSupport client engagement teams in learning design and development activitiesGather client data and provide analysis to support design of solutionsUse instructional design techniques related to adult learningDevelop work products following project guidelines. Work products such as learning strategies & plans, learning curricula, course outlines and training logistics plansOversee and guide the development of learning artifacts such as persona-based videos, eLearning courses, class participant guides and job aidsTrack training metrics and program statusSupport the growth of our Enterprise Change practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology Basic Qualifications: Show proven and sustained consulting experience, preferably over multiple years in both industry and in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting practiceExperience in delivering learning solutions for organizational transformations, such as technology-enabled business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, or outsourcingAs a developer or instructional/technical designerAs a lead over a medium-sized teamBuilding project plansBuilding learning curricula and templatesTwo to four years of experience with multiple instructional media such as uPerform, Captivate or Articulate StorylineGuide junior staff with Learning Management System activitiesBachelor's degreeStrong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively analyze data, interview, synthesize and communicate results to managementOrganized and able to work independentlyAbility to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessaryMust be capable of traveling four (4) days a weekDesire to work in a global delivery environment working on large complex programsUse of all MS Office toolsMust be a resident of one of our Hub Locations - Boston, New York, Basking Ridge, NJ, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Seattle or must live within 2 hours driving radius from one of these Hubs.Must be visa independent as Infosys Currently doesn't sponsor work visas including H1B Transfers.
