Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production/Manufacturing Location: York Pay: $22.55 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for our manufacturing facility in York County. In this role, you will be immersed in the entire manufacturing process of consumer goods, receiving cross-training in multiple departments. You will follow specific recipes and instructions to ensure the quality of our products. Responsibilities Train and learn the entire manufacturing process of consumer goods. Cross-train in multiple departments to gain comprehensive knowledge. Follow specific recipes and instructions accurately. Handle frequent lifting and manage tasks in a physically demanding environment. Essential Skills General labor experience. Production experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong attendance record. Attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in an industrial job is preferred. Comfortable working in a hot and messy environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a hot, humid industrial kitchen where you will work with spices and food ingredients. The facility houses approximately 80 production staff, and the role is for the 2nd shift from Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of York, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.55 - $22.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
