hospitals and healthcare professionals and represent one of the

development across 35 locations. As a Material Handler, you will
play a critical role in moving and processing received waste
through established practices, maintaining a clean and orderly
floor area, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. This
position offers paid training, exposure to operational workflows,
and the opportunity to be part of a growing, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate loading and unloading of carts and
box waste from trailers. Cycle carts through tippers and cart
washers and perform QC checks for damage and cleanliness. Operate
box waste scale station and record weights for billing purposes.
Maintain unloading and work areas for cleanliness and safety.
Perform general plant cleanup duties, including spilled waste or
materials. Follow established safety procedures at all times.
Monitor and document the number of boxes processed daily. Work
efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely waste handling.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, safety, and operational
efficiency. Assist with cross-functional initiatives and special
projects as needed. Requirements: Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED preferred. Flexibility to workdays, nights,
overtime, and weekends as required. Ability to work as a team
member, quickly, safely, and responsibly. Ability to lift 50–75
pounds and push/pull loads up to 200 pounds. Strong attention to
