This role is responsible for operating powered equipment to pick and move merchandise cases accurately and safely to fulfill store orders. Pay & Schedule - Starting Pay: $20/hr - Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hr for 3rd Shift - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM - Responsibilities - Operate cherry picker and other powered equipment safely and efficiently. - Read and interpret store orders including item location, descriptions, and quantity. - Pick merchandise cases and transfer them to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques. - Perform preliminary safety checks on equipment before use. - Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines. - Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris. - Participate in training for additional warehouse duties. Qualifications - Ability to operate powered equipment (cherry picker experience preferred). - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - 0-2 years of warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred. Education - High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
