seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team REMOTE options
with court appearances in New Jersey QUALIFICATIONS: Must be NJ
barred Experience with litigation Experience with public entities,
personal injury and discrimination plaintiffs, and/or commercial
litigation clients (as plaintiffs or defendants) are preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision, an associate is
responsible for drafting discovery requests and responses, taking
and defending depositions, second chairing trials and hearings,
first chairing any special civil part or pro bono trials or
hearings, drafting and arguing motions, communicating directly with
counsel, clients, and other third-parties in advancement of
litigation matters, managing caseloads and deadlines for cases and
internal assignments, and assisting with the formulation of
business, litigation, and settlement strategies.
