Job Description Job Description The Opportunity: Litigation Associate Attorney Email resumes to: Hayley.christina@capstonesp.com Location: New York, NY Compensation: $310,000 to $365,000 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our market-leading litigation practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters alongside a team of accomplished attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Handle a broad range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, and other high-profile cases. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. Maintain active client communication and provide strategic counsel throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background. Admission to the New York Bar is required. 4-5 years of experience in litigation, with significant exposure to complex litigation matters. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proven commitment to delivering excellent client service.
