Manager, MDM & Data Quality on the team to help us expand what's
possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Data
Value and Management Strategy leadership, you'll be responsible for
executing and maintaining Commercial Master Data Management and
structured data quality processes across Commercial domains —
ensuring master data is accurate, consistent, and aligned to
established business standards. In this hands-on individual
contributor role, you'll partner closely with Commercial business
stakeholders and IT teams to implement and monitor business-defined
master data rules, while bringing deep expertise in pharmaceutical
Commercial master data, match and merge logic, hierarchy
maintenance, and data quality operations. What You'll Do: In this
role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the execution of
Commercial Master Data Management and data quality operations —
ensuring that critical data across HCP, HCO, Product, Patient, and
Payer domains is accurate, consistent, and governed to the highest
standards in support of patients with serious diseases. You'll
also: Execute and maintain match and merge survivorship rules,
hierarchy structures, and master data relationships — including
territories, affiliations, and reporting relationships — in
alignment with defined business standards Validate the
implementation of business-defined master data rules within
IT-managed systems, identifying and escalating issues to the Data
Value and Management Strategy as appropriate Support the
integration of new data sources into established master data
structures Monitor Commercial data quality KPIs, track rule
catalogs, and support routine reporting against defined thresholds
Perform root cause analysis for identified data quality issues and
support remediation efforts through to resolution Maintain accurate
documentation of data quality rules, issue logs, remediation
status, and metadata for Commercial data domains Support data
stewardship activities including issue intake, tracking, and
preparation of materials for governance forums Ensure consistent
application of established data standards and governance controls
across Commercial domains Partner with Data Products and Semantic
Layer teams to align on master data definitions, and collaborate
with IT Data Enablement teams to clarify business rules and
validate system implementation Serve as a subject matter resource
for Commercial master data and data quality inquiries across the
organization Who You Are: You have aBachelor's degree in Data
Science, Health Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a
related quantitative field(MBA, MS, or other advanced degree
preferred), along with5 yearsof experience inCommercial data,
analytics, or data management within the pharmaceutical or biotech
industry, or a related field. You arehighly organized with strong
analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to operate
independently while collaborating across Business and IT, or you
also have: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Commercial data
including HCP, HCO, territory, payer, specialty pharmacy, and
promotional data Experience executing match and merge logic,
survivorship rules, and hierarchy maintenance Experience operating
structured data quality monitoring processes and working with data
quality rule catalogs and issue tracking processes Understanding of
how Commercial data supports field execution, incentive
compensation, forecasting, and reporting Familiarity with
Commercial data vendors such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or Veeva
OpenData Experience working within modern cloud-based data
environments such as Snowflake Familiarity with data governance or
data quality tools such as Collibra or Informatica (preferred)
Ability to translate data issues into clear business impact
statements with strong attention to detail and documentation rigor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Where you'll Work: This is a fully
remote role. It can be performed effectively from anywhere while
staying connected to your Insmed team and community. Occasional
travel for team meetings or events will be expected. LI-JT1
