Lockheed Martin, a leader in pioneering advanced technology systems, is seeking an AI Software & System Architect Lead to join our dynamic IT & AI team. This role is crucial for designing and developing robust AI software solutions and system architectures that support groundbreaking technologies across our products and services. The AI Software & System Architect Lead will play a pivotal role in steering our projects towards innovative solutions that align with Lockheed Martin's core values of ethical standards, inclusivity, and teamwork. Design and develop comprehensive AI solutions and related system architectures. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business goals. Maintain and enhance system infrastructure to support AI applications. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure effective integration of new technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure systems meet security and privacy compliance standards. Proficiency in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with system design and architecture tools. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
