Job Description:

Pre-Construction Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our
forward-thinking team. This role focuses on the accurate estimation
and planning of HVAC projects to ensure competitiveness and
effectiveness in our delivery of cutting-edge building efficiency
systems across various sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a
deep understanding of HVAC technologies, project management skills,
and a commitment to sustainability and client satisfaction. Review
and interpret project plans and specifications to determine the
scope of work. Calculate detailed and accurate HVAC load estimates
using manual and software-driven methods. Engage with suppliers to
gather equipment costs, specifications, and availability.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposals
meet technical requirements and client goals. Prepare detailed
reports and project bids, including timelines, budgets, and
resource needs. Attend client meetings to provide cost information
and technical explanations. Stay informed of the latest industry
trends and advancements in HVAC technologies. Strong analytical and
mathematical skills Proficient in HVAC design software and tools
like AutoCAD and Revit Excellent communication and negotiation
skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention
to detail and high levels of accuracy Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from the American
Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) HVAC Excellence
Certification (Preferred) LEED Accreditation (Considered a
plus)
