Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and
implementing our advanced control systems across various projects.
Your expertise will drive innovation and operational excellence,
ensuring our technologies integrate seamlessly to meet customer
needs and project specifications. Design, program, and commission
building control systems as per the project requirements. Lead and
mentor a team of control system specialists and technicians to
ensure quality and efficiency in all project phases. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers,
and sales teams to customize control solutions. Troubleshoot and
resolve complex system issues to enhance system functionality and
reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety
regulations. Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay
current with industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to
stakeholders. Expertise in HVAC control systems, automation, and
building management systems (BMS) Strong programming skills in PLCs
and familiarity with related software Proficient in systems
integration and complex problem-solving Excellent leadership and
team management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal

Certification in Control System Integration Professional Engineer
(PE) certification (desirable)
